Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale merchandise
- Worn or washed items
- Gift cards and e-gift certificates
- Items without original packaging
4. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns received after this period may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
5. Return Process
To start a return:
- Visit our returns portal online
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select items you wish to return
- Choose your return method
- Print your return label
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit for your return. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or taxes
- Properly completing customs documentation
11. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

13. Return Status
You can track your return status using the tracking number provided on your return label. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
14. Holiday Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
16. Final Sale Items
All final sale items are marked as such at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
17. Return Methods
We offer multiple return methods:
- Postal service returns
- Carrier drop-off locations
- In-store returns (where available)
18. Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
19. Restocking Fees
Certain items may be subject to restocking fees:
- Customized items: 25% fee
- Special order products: 20% fee
- Opened accessories: 15% fee
